Coolkidz Australia has one mission and that is to exceed our customers expectations both in service and our products. In the unlikely event that the wrong product has been sent (ie we have made the error), or if the product is defective, please notify us through Baby Bunting Customer Care within 48hrs of receiving the goods via the messaging system

Our support team will respond within 1-2 working days with a return authority. Once the goods have been returned to the address obtained via Baby Bunting messaging system, replacement good(s) will be sent immediately, together with a cheque for the cost of sending the goods back to Coolkidz. Please do not return good(s) to Coolkidz without a return authority.

In the event that the good(s) are faulty, the customer may request a refund. In most cases however the product(s) is replaced or repaired. It is up to the consumer to package the item up for return, Coolkidz Australia will not be responsible for packaging return items.

In addition to your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law if you change your mind about an item, we are happy to offer you:

an exchange within 7 days of purchase, this includes items that have not been shipped

For us to be able to process a Change of Mind return, your item(s) must be:

returned with a proof of purchase (receipt or online order number)
unopened, in original packaging with instruction manuals and accessories included and;
returned with any bonus item(s) provided at the time of purchase.

Excluded from the Change of Mind Returns Policy are:

Gift Cards and eVouchers
discontinued or reduced to clear items
Special order items

Note: A refund can only be provided to the same payment method used for the original transaction.
